Eastern Blubirds

I have always thought the sight of Eastern Bluebirds in May was one of the most beautiful sights in the world. But this morning I saw a pair of them sitting outside my kitchen window in a foot of snow. Wish my camera had been ready so I could share the sight of them with you but when they saw I had no food for them, they flew away. Am going to have to order some more mealworms, they obviously can't find any food back in the woods with all of this snow.
Today I am so thankful for eyes that see, for ears that hear, for lungs that fill with oxygen, for a brain that works (most of the time) and for a heart that feels love.
